  How the Event Will Work

The Autism Savvy Summit will run from April 27-29th. Presentations will include 15-20 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch).

Along with the presentations, there will be an online community platform for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’re welcome to go live in the community group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the All Access Pass. This includes a VIP pass for the replays, handouts, transcripts, bonus live training, free Infinity Mom Club membership and speaker bonuses. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!

    What I’ll Ask of You

 So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it!

 

1. BASIC INFORMATION

The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers page.

Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.

 

2. PRESENTATION

Next up is your presentation! This is a 15-20 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.


Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap.

 

With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

  • No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
  • A mixture of slides and face
  • Interview-style

 
If you’d like to go with the interview-style presentation, schedule a time with me to do that here. We’ll work together to come up with questions.

No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A quick introduction
  • An overview of your topic
  • Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
  • Teaching section
  • Specific action steps ( Top 5 or Top 10 tips with the goal of feeling empowered to make progress with their own autistic child)
  • Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch
  • Include questions for attendees to answer in the chat box throughout to boost engagement

3. Speaker Bonus Contribution

The Infinity Mom Club membership will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

  • Templates
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • 1-month memberships
  • eBooks

 

Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
 

It’s a great way to collect hundreds of additional email addresses (as attendees will provide their information to claim your bonus) and it makes it easier to promote since your audience will want what you’ve included. We'll also increase your affiliate commission to 50% as an extra thank you.

We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.

We’d love information about your bonus as soon as you’re able to provide it, but it is not due until April 1st. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out to make it easy.

Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when registration opens on April 8th.

 
4. PROMOTION

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on April 1st.

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 40-50% commission that will come from any sale of the summit upgrades and the additional commissions that come from purchase of our services afterward.

If you choose to contribute a bonus to the Infinity Mom Club Membership offer, your commission will increase from 40% to 50%. Yay!

I am also happy to collaborate to help you promote. For example, I can take over your Instagram stories, come on your podcast, write a guest newsletter, or do a live in your Facebook group (all with your affiliate link) to help you get some extra conversions!

  Affiliate Details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why we’ve set up an affiliate program where you’ll receive a commission from all sales you refer to the event.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 40% for all speakers
  • 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus to the Infinity Mom Club membership offer

The pricing structure will be:

  • All-Access Pass
    • $47 for 20-minutes after initial opt-in
    • $77 from April 8-19
    • $97 from April 20-27

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
