Tara is a speech/language pathologist and has worked with young autistic children for 25 years. She has a passion for using visual supports to help autistic children experience less stressful transitions at school and home. Tara loves connecting with parents to develop strategies that incorporate each child’s interests. She also enjoys teaching parents and educators how to use visuals to increase effective communication. Tara founded Autism Little Learners in 2019, and loves connecting with educators and parents to help reduce their overwhelm and help them experience progress and small successes that build upon each other!
