Courtney is a speech-language pathologist who absolutely loves her career. She has a unique passion for parent and family education, supporting young professionals, and advocating for those with disabilities. Early on in her career, she noticed a large a gap in the availability of information for families online, and thus created "Courtney.Speech." Courtney enjoys working directly with families, students, and professionals, and creates easily digestible education materials for parents. Courtney specializes in working with nonspeaking/partially speaking autistic individuals, childhood apraxia of speech, language disorders, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has experience working in early intervention, private clinical practice, and is currently working in a therapeutic day school for autistic individuals ages 3-23 years old. Courtney is committed to creating a network of support and community for parents, and young clinicians.
