PDA Fluency Lab
Founding Parent Interest List
Over the past year I’ve been talking a lot about PDA fluency.
Not just learning tips or strategies.
But actually understanding what’s happening in your child’s nervous system so your responses start to feel more natural, more confident, and less exhausting.
Because when you become fluent in PDA, parenting starts to feel different.
Less second-guessing.
Less mental overload.
More calm, connected days.
I’m currently building something new for parents who want to go deeper into this work.
It’s called The PDA Fluency Lab.
A membership where we’ll practice applying PDA understanding to real life so responses start to become second nature.
Before opening it publicly, I’ll be inviting a small founding group of parents to help shape it.
If you'd like to hear when founding spots open, add your name below.
This might be for you if…
• You know your child likely fits a PDA profile
• Traditional parenting advice makes things worse, not better
• You’re constantly second-guessing what the “right” response is
• You want calmer days and fewer power struggles
• You want to feel more confident in the moment with your child
If that sounds like the kind of support you’ve been wishing existed, you can add your name here and I’ll let you know when founding spots open.
