Can I ask you something?

If you already know your child has PDA...

Why does parenting still feel so hard?

I think this is where so many parents get stuck.

Finding PDA often brings relief.

Things finally start making sense.

Maybe you're experimenting with "low demand" approaches.

But then another hard moment happens.

Another refusal.

Another meltdown.

Another situation you've never seen before.

And you're right back to wondering...

"Okay...what do I do now?"

Here's what took me way too long to realize...

I spent years looking for better strategies.

The next book.

The next course.

The next podcast or IG post that would inspire me.

None of those things were bad.

They just weren't the missing piece.

The missing piece was learning to recognize what was happening while it was happening.

Because once you can do that...

You stop searching for the perfect strategy.

You start trusting yourself.

That's what I mean when I talk about fluency.

What if...

...instead of feeling like every new situation sent you back to square one...

You started recognizing patterns.

You built a database in your head of what to try next.

You found yourself approaching your child with more compassion and curiosity than panic.

You stopped second-guessing every decision.

Little by little...

Parenting started to feel easier.

Why I created The PDA Parenting Pivot™

I didn't build this because I have all the answers.

I built it because I spent years trying to solve behavior instead of understanding what was driving it.

I thought I needed the perfect strategy or script.

What I actually needed was a different lens.

Once I started looking through a nervous system lens, everything changed.

Not overnight.

But enough that I found myself showing up differently.

And that's what I want for you.

So...what is The PDA Parenting Pivot™?

Every week we get together and work through real-life parenting situations.

Parents submit their stickiest situations ahead of time.

I choose a handful.

Then we slow them down together.

One family's question almost always helps everyone else in the room.

Because we're not just solving one problem.

We're learning how to think differently.

Week after week.

Situation after situation.

That's how fluency develops.

Here's how we'll get there...

🎥 Weekly Live PDA Fluency Coaching

Join me every Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Arizona time as we coach through real-life situations submitted by members. Together, we'll slow them down, uncover what's happening underneath the behavior, and explore what to try next.

🌙 Monthly Evening Coaching

Can't make mornings? The last Tuesday of every month, we'll meet at 6:30 p.m. Arizona time so more families can join us live.

🎧 Private Podcast

Every coaching session is available as a private podcast, so you can listen on the go while driving, walking, folding laundry, or waiting in the school pickup line.

đź’¬ Private Community

Connect with parents who truly understand what it's like to raise a child with a PDA profile. Celebrate wins, encourage one another, and remember you're not figuring this out alone.

🎯 Weekly "One Thing to Play With"

Each coaching call ends with one practical idea to experiment with during the week. Not twenty. Just one small shift to practice before we meet again.

🗺️ 90-Day Fluency Roadmap

A simple roadmap designed to help you build confidence and fluency one week at a time.

Is this for you?

The PDA Parenting Pivot™ is for parents who:

âś” Know (or strongly suspect) their child has a PDA profile.

âś” Understand PDA but want help applying it in real-life situations.

âś” Are ready to stop second-guessing themselves and begin trusting their instincts.

âś” Want ongoing coaching and a community that truly understands.

This membership is not the best fit if your child is currently in severe burnout or an acute crisis requiring immediate stabilization. My hope is that you'll join us once your family is out of crisis and you're ready to build fluency together.

What parents are saying...

Frequently Asked Questions

A few questions parents often ask before joining.

My child doesn't have a formal PDA diagnosis. Can I still join?

Absolutely. PDA isn't formally recognized everywhere, so many families join while they're still exploring whether it fits their child. If the PDA profile resonates with your family, you're welcome here.

What if I can't attend the live coaching calls?

No problem. Every coaching session is recorded and added to your private podcast so you can listen on the go whenever it's convenient.

What if my situation isn't chosen for coaching?

You'll still learn a tremendous amount. One of my favorite parts of coaching is watching parents realize someone else's situation is actually helping them understand their own child. You'll also have future opportunities to submit questions.

I've already read the books and listened to the podcasts. Is this different?

Yes. The goal isn't to give you more information. It's to help you apply what you already know to real-life situations so you become more fluent in everyday parenting.

My spouse or family isn't on board. Is this still worth joining?

Yes. Many parents join on their own. While I always hope families can grow together, you don't need everyone to be in the same place before you begin seeing your child differently.

My child is in severe burnout. Is this the right time to join?

Probably not just yet. If your child is in significant burnout or acute crisis, my hope is that you'll first focus on helping them recover. The PDA Parenting Pivot™ is designed to help parents build fluency once they're ready to move forward.

How long should I stay?

There isn't a set timeline. Some families stay for a few months, while others appreciate the ongoing coaching and community as new situations arise. Stay as long as it's serving your family.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your membership at any time.

Is this just for parents of young children?

No. The coaching principles apply across ages. Whether you're parenting a preschooler, school-aged child, teen, or young adult with a PDA profile, the goal is the same: helping you recognize what's happening while it's happening so you know what to try next so that parenting feels easier.

I don't know if I'm "doing enough." Will I fit in?

If you're here, chances are you're already trying incredibly hard. This isn't a place for judgment or perfect parenting. It's a place to slow down, get curious, and grow alongside other parents who understand.

Will I ever run out of things to learn?

Parenting is always changing.

Your child changes.

School changes.

Puberty happens.

Burnout happens.

New situations pop up.

Fluency isn't about memorizing answers. It's about learning how to think through situations with confidence as they arise.
